Upon checking in there was a menu there that indicated there was a restaurant in the hotel. When I went to order from my room I found the room telephone didn't work unable to call from room. I then used my cell phone to call down to front desk to ask for restaurants numbers they were no help. Not overly interested in me contacting the restaurant would not give me number said they were having trouble with their phones so I got frustrated and just used door dash. Work on your staff they really don't give customers service aren't interested in wether the restaurant has patrons or not. This is a nice place to stay a little pricey but good clean hotel. They also would not apply my ihg rewards number to my stay. Customer service sucks. Otherwise I would stay again. Trailer parking limited. Plugs for computer use were plentiful.

Hotel right by freeway. Could walk to Cracker Barrel, or drive to numerous food places. Took back hwy right there for beautiful "holler" drive; 20-30 miles to New River Gorge N.P.. Room was contemporary, clean and had small sofa and desk we used. Bed was firm, water pressure good. Fairly quiet, too. Dinner was ok. Husbands quesadilla was better than my choice.

Very nice hotel that was perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly. The hotel has a restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner, as well as a bar. Breakfast was not included in the stay, but was $10 and kids under 11 ate free.

we were traveling with our dog Lily and they treated Lilly as their guest. They were kind, friendly and ready to do what it takes to make us a comfortable as possible. We ate from the bar and the food was excellent.

The suite option was great for our family of four and the free breakfast buffet in the restaurant was better than other hotels in the area. The friendly staff and easy checkout made this an excellent stay all around.
